The Venice Media District (VMD) kicks off the holiday season with its popular VMD Offline Mixer on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011 from 6-9 pm at The Brig, featuring guest host Jason Lazo, Host of Xcorps Action Sports TV. A seasonal, low-key, post-work excuse for a cocktail & conversation, the VMD Offline Mixer has grown into the “go-to” networking event for creatives working in production, post, and the media on the Westside since its inception last year.

Along with more mixing and mingling, there will be some fabulous give-aways up for raffle from Fiore Designs and Santino’s Restaurant. If you’re not a winner- Don’t fret! VMD will be introducing their all-new merchandise featuring the VMD and Venice Chamber of Commerce logos. VMD will also be launching their brand new QR Code that will be ready for cell-phone scanning. Pop out your smart phones!

Due to an overwhelming response, the Venice Paparazzi will be returning to take new Facebook profile pictures for guests in the oh-so-fabulous Venice Paparazzi Photo Booth. If all that paparazzi attention stirs up your hungry side, Downtown Dogs will be giving away a free side order with every hot dog ordered!
