Venice, CA — (February 28, 2011) –The Venice Media District (VMD) will throw its first 2012 VMD Offline Mixer on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 6-9 pm at The Brig, featuring the MC talents of Superlounge Director Jordan Brady from the film “I Am Comic.” A seasonal, low-key, post-work excuse for a cocktail & conversation, the VMD Offline Mixer has grown into the “go-to” networking event for creatives working in production, post, and the media on the Westside.

Along with mixing and mingling, there will be some fabulous give-aways up for raffle such as gift certificates from Oscar’s Cerveteca Restaurant, Working Village, Big Red Sun, and VMD’s super durable Tote Bag. If you’re not a winner: Don’t fret! VMD will have extra merchandise featuring the VMD and Venice Chamber of Commerce logos up for sale.

This month, we will be having a Social Media Photo Lounge featuring Laura Sauter from Laura Lee Photography. So get those outfits ready and those smiles prepped for that new Facebook Profile pic!
